Answering My Own Questions

Well hello there blog world. Can you believe it? It's a posting from me? It's only been... whoops... 3 months since my last legitimate blog post. Now that I looked it up, I really have been bad about blogging. Will you accept my apology with this very random, all over the map rant about what's been going on? No? Well, too bad because I'm going to rant it all over the place anyways.

So where have I been?
I have no good excuse. I've been right here doing the same daily grind as I've always been doing. Get up, go to work, go home, go to the gym, play volleyball, go out, go to bed. I don't do this everyday, but if you ball it all up into a nut shell that's about what I've been doing. Don't like the excuse? Too bad, because there are more coming.

So why haven't I been blogging?
Frankly because I haven't felt like it. Do you know how much I put into each and every blog? If it's a sports story, I actually try to look up stats, and do some trending analysis on teams and players. If it's a personal life blog I usually feel like I need something special to have happened for me to blog about, and quite honestly I did not want to bore everyone with talks about my crappy job. Additional Excuse warning (that I have already been fully called out on); but I am superstitious (See this previously written example as proof), and as the Rangers have been playing well, I didn't want to write a blog about them and catch the flak for bringing on their demise! Weak. I know.

So why blog now?
Why not? Blogging, and writing is sort of therapeutic at times. In fact I even set up a new blog called 'Frustrated Job Seeker' with Wordpress because honestly that's where all of my frustrations have lied. Even then, I haven't done anything more than secure it with Wordpress. I haven't done anything on there but say "Hey, here's what I plan on doing with this blog!" Ultimately I plan on using it as a portal for me to broadcast to the world wide web how annoying it is to find a job in this market. Speaking of... everyone can just shut their mouths about the job market getting better this year because I've been searching for an entire year.

So what do I have to rant about?
I do believe that I've already ranted on a few of them, but for those 2 of you that are still reading this post I am going to have a series of random postings that I've already started typing that are going to be full on, double rainbow (almost triple rainbow) rants on each individual rant.

So what do YOU have to look forward to?
This guy bitching and moaning about: Job Hunting, Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Twitter and the Social Media Douchery and some unwritten posts that I'm sure I will need to talk about like the upcoming trip to Vegas next week for a friends wedding.
